The Black Book Series is where the Fire Club invites guest chefs from Simon’s personal black book of favourite chefs and restaurants to showcase their open-fire talents.

For this first gathering, Julian Brown (Jules) — compère of Taste of London — takes to the fire to cook a classic moules marinière, prepared over wood flame and served generously with frites & finished with a tarte au citron, bringing a simple, timeless dish to life in true Fire Club style.
