Fire Club – Terms & Conditions for Ticketed Dining Experiences
- General
1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all ticket purchases for Fire Club dining experiences made via our website.
1.2 By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1.3 All tickets are subject to availability and confirmed upon receipt of full payment and booking confirmation email.
- Ticket Purchase
2.1 Tickets must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
2.2 Tickets are issued electronically and must be presented on arrival.
2.3 It is your responsibility to ensure all booking details are correct at the time of purchase.
- Cancellation, Changes & Refunds
3.1 10 Days or More Before the Event
You may request either:
a) A transfer to an alternative date (subject to availability), or
b) Placement of your tickets on the Fire Club waitlist for resale.
If you choose the waitlist option:
Fire Club will attempt to resell your tickets.
If your tickets are resold, you will receive a full refund.
If your tickets are not resold, you will still receive a full refund.
3.2 Within 10 Days of the Event
Tickets are non-cancellable and non-refundable unless resold.
Your tickets will be placed on the Fire Club waitlist for resale.
If your tickets are successfully resold, you will receive a full refund.
If your tickets are not resold, no refund will be issued.
- Waitlist Resale
4.1 Fire Club will make reasonable efforts to resell tickets via its waitlist but resale is not guaranteed.
4.2 Refunds will only be processed once tickets have been successfully resold and payment received from a new purchaser.
4.3 Fire Club reserves the sole right to manage and prioritise the waitlist.
- Event Changes & Cancellation by Fire Club
5.1 Fire Club reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event, including menu, chefs, timings, and location where necessary.
5.2 In the event Fire Club cancels an event, all ticket holders will receive a full refund.
5.3 Fire Club shall not be liable for any additional costs incurred by guests, including travel or accommodation.
- Weather & External Conditions
6.1 Fire Club events are designed to operate in outdoor environments and will proceed in most weather conditions.
6.2 In cases of severe or unsafe weather, Fire Club reserves the right to reschedule the event or offer a refund.
- Attendance & Conduct
7.1 Guests are required to arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be accommodated.
7.2 Fire Club reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behaviour is deemed unsafe or inappropriate, without refund.
- Health & Safety
8.1 Fire Club events may involve open flames, uneven ground, and outdoor conditions.
8.2 Guests attend at their own risk and must follow all safety instructions provided by staff.
- Dietary Requirements
9.1 Guests must notify Fire Club of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking or as soon as possible thereafter.
9.2 While reasonable efforts will be made, Fire Club cannot guarantee all dietary requirements can be accommodated.
- Alcohol
10.1 Alcohol will only be served to guests aged 18 or over.
10.2 Fire Club reserves the right to refuse service of alcohol at its discretion.
- Photography & Filming
11.1 Fire Club may photograph or film events for promotional and marketing purposes.
11.2 By attending, you consent to the use of your image unless you notify us in advance.
- Ticket Use & Transfer
12.1 Tickets may not be resold or transferred for commercial purposes.
12.2 Fire Club reserves the right to refuse entry where tickets have been resold outside authorised channels.
- Pricing & Errors
13.1 Fire Club reserves the right to cancel bookings in the event of obvious pricing errors.
- Liability
14.1 Fire Club shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
14.2 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
- Consumer Rights
15.1 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
15.2 Tickets for Fire Club events are exempt from cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 as they relate to leisure services for a specific date.
- Data Protection
16.1 Personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
- Governing Law
17.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
17.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
