These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all ticket purchases and participation in events operated under The Grill Club by Walled Garden (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing a ticket on walledgarden.com, you agree to these Terms.
1. Ticket Purchases
1.1 General
- All tickets for The Grill Club events must be purchased directly through walledgarden.com.
- A ticket is only valid when full payment has been received and you have received email confirmation.
- Tickets cannot be resold for commercial gain. Any resale may result in cancellation without refund.
2. Refunds & Cancellations
2.1 Refund Policy
- Tickets are refundable up to 10 days prior to the scheduled event date.
- Refund requests submitted inside 10 days of the event date are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
2.2 Event Changes or Cancellations
- We reserve the right to change the event date, time, format, or location if necessary.
- If an event is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued.
3. Payment Processing
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
- Payments on walledgarden.com are processed securely through Stripe.
- Apple Pay and Google Pay are enabled where supported by the customer’s device and browser.
3.2 Security
- All payment information is handled directly by Stripe.
- We do not store or have access to full payment card details.
4. Subscriber Information
4.1 Information Collected
When purchasing tickets or subscribing to updates, you may provide:
- Name
- Email address
- Optional contact information
4.2 Use of Subscriber Details
We may use subscriber details to:
- Deliver order confirmations and event information
- Send updates about The Grill Club or related events
- Contact you regarding changes to your booking
We do not sell, trade, or share subscriber information with third parties except where required for payment processing or legal compliance.
4.3 Data Protection
- We follow GDPR principles for data handling and storage.
- You may request removal of your data or unsubscribe at any time.
5. Event Participation
5.1 Behaviour & Safety
- Guests must follow all onsite instructions and safety guidelines.
- We reserve the right to remove any attendee whose behaviour is unsafe or disruptive, without refund.
5.2 Dietary Requirements & Allergies
- While we make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requirements, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens.
- Guests attend and consume food at their own risk.
6. Liability
- We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or personal property issues occurring at or travelling to/from an event, except where required by law.
- Attendance is at the participant’s own risk.
7. Website Use
- All content on walledgarden.com is owned by Walled Garden and may not be reproduced without permission.
- We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
