Our Autumn calendar is now out 
As we head into autumn and the seasons begin to change, our long table feasts will move from the Walled Garden back into the warmth of the Long Room and Fire Garden.
With log burners and fire pits roaring, we’ll be bringing you some incredible seasonal menus, alongside live acts, DJs and plenty of long table dinners.
Introducing our latest Black Book Chef (drum roll please).
Mr Matthew Burgess aka matblak, will be joining us throughout September, October and November, hosting a series of intimate supper clubs, not to be missed!
Live music or great tunes from our in house DJ are combined with ever changing wood-fired menus served throughout the night. Fire Club – Unplugged is a chance to enjoy the indulgence of The Fire Club in a relaxed setting, built around fire, food, company, music & drinks.
Simon will welcome other chefs to The Fire Club, culminating in a number of open fire feasts and our Black Book Series featuring some of our favourite restaurants.
