The Long Room, is a 30-metre-long space set within the historic Victorian Walled Garden, and was once the original potting room that serviced the entire garden.
Today, it has been transformed into an atmospheric dining hall, centred around a single, impressive long table and private bar. Available to book for private functions with a guest chef, The Long Room can also be included as part of exclusive hire of the entire Walled Garden for private events.
On days when the weather does not allow for outdoor dining in the garden’s long table, it becomes the setting for our signature indoor long table feasts, offering a warm and intimate alternative without losing the charm of the surroundings.
